This from Mike Summa:
This was Oak Forest Engine 91, a 1973 FWD/Pierce 1250/750. Built on FWD’s 4 wheel drive “Tractioneer” chassis. On a side note, all Oak Forest apparatus purchased in the 1970’s had manual transmission.Enjoy and comment. Mike Summa

I thought so but thanks for the confirmation.
It’s good that SEAGRAVE wanted to keep it’s own distinct look and design.
That’s what sets it apart.

That’s a TCM cab. Similar in appearance, but different than the Seagrave cab.

I remember those great tractioneer chassis. We had 2 long nose FWDs which is where us junior firemen were relegated to!

Very nice. Shame on me for not knowing but is that a SEAGRAVE cab with some modifications?
Part of the same company so that would make sense.
Stick shift huh. I would imagine that it was given an automatic later on.
