May 10, 11, and 12 the Prospect Heights, Mount Prospect, and Wheeling fire departments conducted joint training at Euclid Avenue and Elmhurst Road. The former Social Security office building built in 1996 is being razed to build a Chase Bank. We were able to conduct roof operations and make several openings.

We got the opportunity to take some pictures for Joliet Fire Department this past week as they had three days of live-burn training in a house owned by the City of Rockdale. At one point they accidentally had fire in the attic which they got some real good training taking care of. Here are some of the photos:More here: Joliet Fire Department Burn House 2015-Code PhotographyCode Photography

The Alsip Fire Department along with the Garden Homes Fire Protection District and the Homewood Acres Fire Protection District had a burn down in Alsip, Illinois at 120th St. and Hamlin Ave.All of the departments performed numerous small training evolutions in the house before having the final burn down. I arrived towards the end and was able to capture the final wrap up of a month long process.

This from Martin Nowak:
On Sunday, MABAS 21 and a few departments outside of Division 21 participated in training in Burbank, IL. I only knew about two locations and took some pictures from the training day. One location was at Reavis High School and another was a short distance away at 7809 S Linder Ave, also in Burbank. By the high school, there was a multiple car accident scene, and at the house on Linder, a garage collapse. Here are some of the photos showing the scenes.
