Looks like they did a nice job on that one.
Never a happy thing to see an old fire station to either fall into disrepair or the wrecking ball.
An old MFD station(E-35 L-16) on Hawley and Bluemound appears to be for sale after several years of being owned by a glass artist. I don’t know why he’s selling it but he’s a fellow apparatus buff so I hope someone will buy that building and keep it up. I talked to him at the last muster and really a nice man but I’m not sure if he reads this board. I don’t have that kind of money otherwise I would try to buy it.
