Nice eye candy. Milwaukee had several MACK apparatus similar to 702.
I like that SEAGRAVE the best.

Great pic of the 3 section “snorkel”, Larry! Melrose Park has always had some unique aerial apparatus between the Seagrave, the Grumman and now the Bronto. With the exception of Des Plaines having the 1986 Grumman “triplet” to Hillside and Bellwood, the old “Batallion” 7 (as it was known before they became MABAS Div 7 and then merged with Div 6 to become Div 20) that area had a cluster of 4 Grumman’s between Bellwood, Hillside, Broadview and Melrose Park. That uniqueness continues with Elmwood Park and Melrose Park having the only 2 Bronto’s in the region right next door to each other.
Speaking of the Broadview ALF/Grumman, that has to be about the oldest frontline aerial in the Chicago metro area at 33 years old. Does anyone have one older?
