Still & Box Alarm Fire in Chicago, 11/7/19

This from Drew Gresik:

Here are a few images from an early morning Still & Box at 728 N Lotus Ave in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood. Fire through the roof of a vacant 2.5 story frame. Four total lines were led out, E96 utilized their deck gun, and TL23 employed an aerial master stream. Photography was greatly hampered by a mix of sleet and thick brush on the property. I included a combination of natural light as well as flash photos so viewers can see the effect of a camera-mounted flash in rain/sleet/snow.

Interesting to note this fire came in as many companies (including TL14) were still committed at a 2-11, 1644 N Spaulding Ave.
