Department find this weekend pump testing, not sure of year but is all intact including bell, they thought it maybe an ex Chicago truck, might be for sale in near future they want it out of their way, was drove in and parked where it is many years ago

  Man, I would love to get a hold of and restore it to when it was “Fire 2” back in the Chief Charlie Pickerell days! I’m going to keep my eyes open on that one!

  I drove that vehicle in the early ’80s at the beginning of my firefighting career. It was in their Home Av fire station (now a PW facility). Not sure I knew how to pump it other than pull some levers and crank up the throttle.
