From JCL graphix FBBartlett Fire District Tower 3 Project. This was a lengthy one, with removal of all existing markings, striping and emblems. Clean up and removal of old vinyl adhesives. Installation of new 3M reflective striping and printed emblems. Finished with cab wrap of black using Avery Dennison Wrap Vinyl. Also included was wrapping of the ladder lift rams.

The department purchased this vehicle to bridge the gap until our new Pierce tower is delivered. This vehicle came with detailed maintenance records and was in the best possible shape you would expect from a vehicle this old with minimal overall use. Rosenbauer was not an option because the organization felt E-One or Pierce are far superior overall when it comes to aerial apparatus. The intent is to maintain this vehicle beyond the acceptance of the new Pierce tower in 2026ish.
Regardless of the manufacturer, they all have their fair share of issues and shortfalls. Bartlett has a history of purchasing from numerous manufacturers, so we are not necessarily married to one company. JCL did a phenomenal job making the former Northampton rig look like a Bartlett rig.

Very nice rig. I’m just very perplexed as to why Bartlett would order another Pierce when the previous tower failed them. They just got those two Rosenbauer engines a year or two ago. Why not a Rosenbauer midmount or a new E-One midmount??? Mind blowing!

Hopefully they keep this as a reserve/spare when the new one comes because wrapping this like that is very costly I like the door handles on the cab of these older eones way better than the pull type
