Taken out of service in 2016 due to a seized engine. Detroit 8V-92TA engine was rebuilt in October 2019. Hale QSMG150 pump rebuilt in January 2020. Aerial and pump both passed inspection in July 2020. Paperwork will be provided. Please see spec sheets in photos to see more. Some gauges and lights may not work. Air system has small leaks. A/C and heat does not work. Check engine lights is illuminated. Code is 53. This could indicate an issue with the ECM. No other equipment such as ground ladders, hoses, tools, ect. included in this auction. Some service manuals and filters have been left in the cab. Body has scratches, dents and corrosion in some spots. Rub rail and body panel damaged on passenger side as seen in photo. There is a hydraulic leak on the left side of the turn table. It may just be a fitting that needs to be tightened but fluid can be seen on the edge of the turn table in the photos.
If you would like to inspect the vehicle, please call in advance.

Has Rosemont purchased new equipment to phase this truck and the engine out? Both appear to be decent but I would say both rigs are towards the end of their service life.
Hairy – Do you have a copy of their latest pump and ladder tests? I just want to make sure this truck would be a good fit for Newark before E. C. Darroll refers them to this truck.

e.c.darroll well truly it still has a lot of life in it. also newark has a lot of rigs way older than this the one spare i have seen on one of the facebooks groups i am on newark still has reserves like 1987-89 eones so this would be an upgrade. but also a dept in rhode island just bought i believe in 2020 the old schaumburg truck which i believe is a 2000-01 eone and rhode island seems to have money where as newark appears to be needing extra money to get new vehicles or newer vehicles. one more thing when i was there in 2019 newark engine 11 frontline then was a 1995 or 96 eone hope this helps

Why, oh great wise one, should this specific department on the other side of the country buy this specific 26 year old truck company? I’d love to take your feedback and pass it along to their administration for their serious consideration….I’m quite sure they will value it greatly when considering future fleet decisions.
