FDNY’s apparatus replacement schedule, I believe is in their labor agreement.

Why does it take 15 – 20 years for Chicago to replace its Engines? FDNY gets new engines every 10 years….Detroit has better equipment

Field Chief 4-5-3 is quartered with Eng 79.
Field Chief 4-5-1 is downtown with Eng 42
