From the Fire Service, Inc. Facebook page:
Fire Service, Inc would like to thank the Bolingbrook Fire Department on their recent order for a 2019 Ford F550 Type 1 Wheeled Coach ambulance. This is the 6th Wheeled Coach for Bolingbrook. The ambulance has been designed with the safety of the occupants, and the operational needs of the department in mind. Suppression compartments on each side of the ambulance allow storage for SCBA, water rescue, and Rescue Task Force equipment which are easily accessible. Interior accommodations include the IMMI Per4Max restraint system, which fully allows the medics to be belted and remain restrained while working the patient. CN 10 and 11 compliant cabinetry and interior components, and the Stryker Power Load system, combine function with protection. Patented Cool Bar Ducted HVAC system provides superior temperature control within the module, and the advantage of 45 degree emergency warning lighting across the front of the ambulance. Whelen Warning systems including LED M series exterior lights, LED domes and Whelen siren, again Bolingbrook is mission ready for its community. We are excited to continue our relationship with Bolingbrook FD as a member of the Fire Service, Inc. family.
