Marty,
Part of the reason the back end of this rig looks like it’s sitting low is because the way the rig was positioned for the photo. The end of the station apron slopes at a downward angle and the street is arched and not totally flat. So where the street and apron come together is a low spot and that’s where the backend of the rig ended up. I hope this helps.
