ABC7News Chicago has an article about CFD firefighters injured at two fire scenes:
Firefighters were injured in two separate fires in Chicago.
Two firefighters, including a battalion chief, suffered minor injuries during a fire overnight Saturday in the Bucktown neighborhood. It started on the second floor of a three-story home in the 2300 block of West Lyndale.A fire on the Southwest Side also injured two firefighters. Once again, the injuries are not life threatening. This fire started in the basement of a home in the 6200 block of South Keeler. It spread through the roof of the home. The residents were not hurt.

Hi Julia. I am sorry that I do not know for sure the exact Chicago Fire Department firehouses that responded, but you might want to stop by these two to start, as they are the closest to your address:
Engine Company 43/Ambulance 3 at 2179 North Stave Street, which is half of a block south of the intersection of North California Avenue and West Palmer Street. Stave Street is on an angle there.
Engine Company 35/Truck Company 28/Ambulance 62 at 1901 North Damen Avenue, which is 2 blocks south of the intersection of North Damen Avenue and West Armitage Avenue.
I think I speak for everyone here by saying that I hope you recover quickly after having a fire in your home. A residential fire is a terrible thing, and no one ever wants to have that happen to them. But I certainly have no doubt that the men and women of the CFD, whose motto is “We’re there when you need us,” lived up to that motto to the best of their ability, in your time of need. Good luck with everything, and (if you want to) let us know what happened when you visited the firehouse(s).

I am trying to find out what fire department responded to the fire on Lyndale. It was my building. Any information would be helpful. Thank you so much.
