The following information comes to us from Keith Grzadziel, a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic with the Bridgeview Fire Department.

• Berwyn Fire Department has ordered a Pierce PUC, 100′ medium duty aerial quint, with a Velocity cab/chassis. It will have a 1,500-gpm pump, 300-gallon tank, and powered by a Cummins ISX 500hp

• Geneva Fire Department has ordered a Pierce rescue pumper with an Impel cab/chassis, a 1,500-gpm pump, 500 gallons of water and a Cummins ISL 450hp

• Bristol-Kendall FPD has two – Pierce CAFS pumpers on order with Saber cab/chassis, 1,250-gpm pumps, 1,000-gallon tanks and also Cummins ISL 450hp engines
