the former valpo tower is just a reserve. We just never took their no. 1 off the back. Our T-1 (t-132) is still the HME 75′. The 110′ HME w/ white top (t-131) is going to T-7.
The plan as of now when rookies graduate is to get t-7 and e-3 back up. E-3 has been assigned the e-13 sutphen (e-121).
When Sq4 goes in service, E-184 pierce will be assigned to E-5.

Gary’s last fire at Loves, the former Tower 7 Ferrera working and lettered as Tower 2 and the former Valpo Tower at the same fire lettered as Gary Tower 1. So are the 2 HME ex Trucks 1 & 2 gone or reserve? And will Truck 7 return with its previous ALF 110??

I wonder once the Ferrara goes in service as engine 4, which company will get their Pierce? Hopefully with the new class of recruits they will have enough manpower to re open engine 3 and Truck 7.
