Blue Island FD history

Hello there,

A blast from the past!  I found these in a booklet while cleaning out a drawer.  These are from around 1965, and they showcase the Blue Island Fire Department at that time.  I thought that these would be a good addition to the message board.  I hope that people will like them.

  Nice. Thank You for posting that Mike.
  It’s also thanks to the internet that such things can keep history alive and show the younger people who may be reading this for the first time of what things looked like decades ago. Otherwise, it’s likely that brochure would have stayed in the drawer never to be seen again other than by you.
