Ryan McCarthy, 25 years old, is a firefighter/paramedic in Buffalo Grove, IL. He has a 2 year old son, Liam. Ryan was diagnosed with B-cell Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. He will undergo 6 treatments of chemotherapy over the next three months.
The money donated will be used for:
- Healthcare coverage:prescriptions and chemo
- Transportation to/from Robert H Lurie Cancer Center at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Downtown Chicago where he has treatment
- Housing (would like to help pay for his mother’s home since she has Multiple Sclerosis and is living off disability)
- Healthy Food
