We bid a heartfelt farewell to Jacek Brylewski, whose unexpected passing has left a void that words cannot express. Jacek’s light shone brightly in the lives of all who knew him, and his legacy as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the Rolling Meadows Fire Department will forever remain etched in our hearts.
In the midst of our grief, we turn our thoughts to Jacek’s beloved family. He is survived by his devoted wife Tana and their five children: Owen, Myles, Archer, Violet, and Emma.
