I looked at the photo on the Facebook page, it says Albers, Damianville, and surrounding areas. Looking into it further, it seems New Baden EMS covers those areas, and currently has an ambulance marked as 4 David 12, with a similar scheme, so guessing it used to be New Baden’s. It’s in Clinton County, which is the county east of St. Clair County (East Saint Louis area).

I think it says “Serving … and surrounding areas” on the side but I can’t get it zoomed and clear enough to read it. If anyone is good with that stuff we can solve the mystery!

This is not Hazel Crest’s ambo. They don’t use the state radio signatures that most rural areas in Illinois still use. This one is 4 David 12. What county/area uses 4 David?
