I like the body configuration! Can’t say I’ve seen this setup before!

I really like the set up of their engine. The hose chutes are a pretty interesting idea at the rear. I hope it serves them for a long time and keeps their brothers and sisters safe.

Wonder if this is a case of “Everybody else around us is getting cool looking new trucks, we gotta get a cool looking new truck” syndrome. That 2010 didn’t look to have a whole of mileage, so unless they’re getting rid of it with some major issue not being publicly disclosed except to buyers, it seems like an odd purchase.

I was employed there when the 2010 first when into service. What an impressive rig!
I believe I did read, in one of the Trustee meeting minutes, from earlier this year, that the quint is going to be sold. Wonder of they are just going to go with just the two engines now?

There’s talk I saw of them selling off the quint. Anyone know anything else on that?

Sharp looking truck! I am surprised they are getting a new one after only 12 years! Plus the 2010 does not have very many miles on it. I am sure that engine still has a lot of life left in it!
I don’t know if they rotated first out every month between the 2010 and the 2013, my guess is they did rotate first out.
