They actually did do that with the truck except its on the number marking just under the shop number

Crab, it’s the Chinese symbol for “8”.

That is the Chinese character ? (b?) for the number 8.

It’s in Chinatown Crabby. They have the Chinese number symbols on the engine and truck. There are usually swarms of people down there. If only everyone understood how hard it was to get an image like this without any pedestrian traffic! LOL!
