Engine 410 was a 1968 Ford/Darley 1500/500 with a gasoline motor and manual transmission. It was originally delivered with a standard bumper which was refabricated in-house as shown. When it was taken OOS, the Q2B and MARS 888 were removed from the bumper along with the 4 MARS floodlights and deck mounted multiversal. 410 was frontline until 1971 when the Oskosh/Pierce was placed in service and it became 2nd out as Dan stated. Thanks for posting Mike!

Engine 410 was the second due out Engine by Off duty full time/ POC members. I believe it was donated to a department out near Orland.

One could not go to far without finding a department with an apparatus built on that FORD chassis. Sure had a long production life and a nice example here.
