Harry, I am on the department. We still have it, along with the 1993 Pierce Dash, 2003 Spartan/Crimson and 2013 E-One Typhoon. The HME Luvergne was sold to the Broadlands-Longview FPD in Illinois.

Thanks for posting Mike. This is actually a 1986 HME (Hendrickson) 1871/KME/Darley. The cab and chassis were fabricated around the time KME bought out HME’s naming rights. This unique apparatus was a first for Darley as far as having roll up compartment doors and a hydraulic ladder rack, note the wooden ladders. The chassis was originally built with an “open” jumpseat cab where Darley fully enclosed the cab with the “phone booth” and rear crew doors on the body.
Also this was the first ALS engine in our area. Engine 415 is still in service as a reserve.
