Great rig! It’s the rig I used to get my Class “C” Non CDL (now B class). It was also owned by River Forest and then Bellwood and was supposed to be a mid mount quint but never had the ladder installed. It retired from service as Bellwood FD/EMA Engine 620. Bellwood EMA had a C95 Squad (Squad 623) it acquired from Bay Shore, NY that it used up until a few years ago.

Very sharp looking MACK.
This may be the first MACK quad I ever saw on the C95 chassis.
