This from Brad Steinweg:
On the way home from work, I stopped by Glenwood’s 2nd alarm fire. This was one of two for MABAS 24. East Hazel Crest had a 2-alarm a few hours later. Glenwood got their new engine officially broken in. Mutual-aid companies included Hazel Crest, Munster, Lansing, Lynwood, Tinley Park, Chicago Heights, CC Hills, Harvey, South Holland, & Thornton.

Nice color on that HME. Certainly not conventional.

Homewood and East Crest were the auto aid companies. If there was a Flossmoor rig there, I did not see it.

Homewood, Flossmoor and East Hazel Crest also were on the fire
