are you sure this is an Arrow XT?

Byron Tender 473 is an International Navistar – U.S. Tanker manufactured in the mid 1990’s. This is a replacement vehicle for that unit.
I heard thru the grapevine Byron also has a Tanker-Pumper on order thru Pierce, to replace Engine 401 which was sold to Sterling, IL to replace the engine that Sterling wrecked in December.

These photos are all taken outside of the “blue floor” (delivery area) at Pierce and the locally-hired photographer drops the vehicle onto a season-appropriate background like you see there.

Is this a replacement? Visited their station in 2009 and they had a newer Freightliner/US Tanker (I believe) 3000 gallon unit in service.

Pierce takes a photo and then photoshops the rig on to this background. If you look at the pierce flicker account they all look this way

This appears to be an illustration as opposed to a delivery photo.
