As of Thursday morning 8/22/13 at 10am the Darien-Woodridge Fire Protection District switched over to the DuComm CAD standardization numbering system for stations and apparatus.
Station 1 is now station 89
- Chief 89
- D/C 89
- B/C 89
- Ladder 89
- Medic 89
Station 2 is now station 88
- Engine 88
Station 3 is now station 90
- Engine 90
- Medic 90

Thanks for the updates–I recently made a list of all the DuComm departments & the new numbering system. There are only a few departments left that haven’t switched yet. Most are on Fire East & a couple on Fire West.

York Center is Station 77, with a ghost number of 78 for reserve apparatus.

Lombard is looking to switch to Station 44 (current station 2) and Station 45 (current station 1) around October 1st. 47 will be the “ghost station.”

Great update–do they have a “ghost station” number for their reserve apparatus? That seems to be common place now, in the new DuComm dispatch setup. Are there updates on any other departments?
