Yeah, for T56 on the north side. I remember it said on here that there new Crimson would not fit in quarters. What will they do then, because they are in need of a new rig. Just curious, thanks.

So is Truck 42 rig being sent then to one of the Old Seagraves? Truck 42 was in a 2002 Pierce from the pictures on this website, just wondering. Thought that rig would still be good enough to stay front line for a while.

This truck is in full service, I was detailed to the house a week ago, it appeared to be running fine.

Was on my way to work this morning and saw a Spartan/Crimson 103? rear mount at the 31st St. radio shops numbered for Truck 42.

What about trucks 61 and 62?

FDE-336 was sent back for a complete rewire in South Dakota, it was the 1st off the line of the new trucks, nobody is sure what happened with it, it’s just a lemon, it will more than likely be the new academy rig if it can be fixed or pulled apart and used for spare parts. None of the other rigs are having the same issues. Also the city is looking into changing the contract with Crimson to make four of the trucks into tower ladders, the need is getting very real for new tower ladders with Tower 34 operating a 20 year old apparatus E-265 with is shopped almost on a monthly basis now. Towers 39, 37, and 21 are getting to be 15 years old, Towers 14, and 10 are 10 years old now. The spare fleet of tower ladders is 27-25 years old.
