Of the two million people who attended the Blackhawks celebration, the Chicago Fire Department treated 41 patients mostly for heat related issues on or near the parade route according to CFD Media Affairs.

Medical bus 8-8-12 was located on Michigan and Adams and fire engines were stationed along Michigan Avenue and Congress Plaza. Paramedics could be seen using bicycles and UTVs.
