I went to the Bloomingdale and Bartlett open houses today and here are some photos.Bloomingdale rigs changed numbers so here is Engine 21, Engine 23, Tower 23, Medic 21, Medic 23 and also Bartlett changed numbers for the battalion chief and its now Battalion 3 also they have 2 new medics. Medic 2 and Medic 1.

New ambulances for Lockport

This from Lt. John Matthews, Lockport Fire District;

The Lockport Fire District has taken delivery of two new 2014 Horton Ambulances. They will be placed in service the week of 7/7/2014. One will replace the current Ambulance #2 (2007 IHC Horton MICU) and the other will replace Ambulance #3 (2005 IHC Horton MICU). The Ambulances were purchased from Foster Coach out of Sterling, IL.

Roberts Park Ambulance updates

In September, Roberts Park bought this Ford F-350/Wheeled Coach to run as a second spare ambulance. It is lettered 3R2, since the current spare is 3R (2008 Ford F-450/Osage, former 308 then 31) The ambulance comes from Virginia and was purchase to be in service as a backup unit. Had only 32,000 miles when bought.

Roberts Park recently sent Ambulance 32 to Osage for a rechassis. The 2009 Ford E-450/Osage got a new chassis that is a 2013 or 2014 Ford E-450/2009 Osage. The new chassis is missing the RP logos on the doors. I believe they will be added on soon. Last picture is of the old chassis
