  Until recently they had plans to relocate Station 52 to Deerfield Rd and Milwaukee ave to better cover the southwest portion of their district however it seems as if they cancelled their plans after they had the Illinois Associaton of Fire Chief do a Study as to where to best pur their fire stations.1

  It seems the Lincolnshire/Riverwoods fire department keep’s changing the location their Truck (Quint) company. Their previous PIerce Truck started out as Truck 53 and then it became Truck 51 and apparently the new rig in Truck 53 again. I wonder why they keep doing that? So is the former Engine 53 the HME”Rat” now Engine 51? It just seems to make more sense to have the Truck (Quint) at Station 51 as they are located in between Stations 53 and 52 as a rule it makes more sense to have the Truck located in between the two Engine districts.
