Hey, Harry. How are E-ONE rigs more practical? Do they do tricks? Are their 95′ tower ladders better than 100′? Tinley doesn’t have narrow streets that would necessitate the low slung scissor jacks. And, most importantly, TP sees the Pierce as “more practical” for their needs. Plus, they had E-ONE towers before and obviously wanted a change. I don’t see any blue lights on it which has to be driving you nuts.. LOL

The reason for the enforcer was to somewhat match the engines and the truck was to match truck 46

I think the ENFORCER is a slightly lighter chassis than the VELOCITY. But that does make sense to keep things as standardized as possible.

Makes sense, but i’m left to wonder about the Enforcer pumper. Wouldn’t a Velocity cab and chassis be a better fleet and maintenance match? Don’t get me wrong I love the Enforcer chassis.

They were trying to go for uniformity in the fleet and ease of maintenance.

Sharp rig with a good choice of bucket. I’m not a fan of that giant rescue bucket typically seen on these rigs. Wish they had stuck with E-One though, just due to the outrigger system, especially with an aluminum aerial.
