This from Art Zern:
Thought you might be interested in seeing the transformation. We purchased this E-One Squad from Hanover Park earlier this year. It went in service as Sycamore Squad 2 on Friday.

Maybe Hanover Park sold the rig without it and wanted to keep the bell..Not like anyone still uses them for warning its more of a tradition.

I think it’s a 1988 Spartan with an e-one body

you can see start to finish pics on Kards Inc Facebook page.
We changed out side light for LED versions and added light bars to the front and LED “rotating” lights in the rear. Cascade was updated to auto cascade , dual fill capable. Awaiting additional bottles to make it a 6 bottle cascade. And Chief H it is happier red. Thanks Chief H

This is a GREAT rig! I am so pleased that Sycamore was able to get it from us and has put a significant amount of love and care into it a rig that I am sure will serve them for many years to come.
Besides — I think it is happier RED!

Not bad at all. Who’d a thought some 35-40 years ago the trend would switch back to red? I say that with a bit of sarcasm.
