Chris S – NIMC is still well within the district for McHenry FPD. The FPD runs for another 3 miles south down Rte 31 from NIMC.

if they build #6 near NIMC that would be outside McHenry Twp., so far all other stations fit perfectly in all corners of the Twp.

Station 5 will be on Ringwood Road between McCullom Lake Rd and Route 31. Here are the coordinates of the property: 42°22’47.6″N 88°18’14.2″W
They purchased 13 acres, 10 will be used for the station and 3 was donated to the Town of Ringwood.
They are also looking to build a sixth station in the near future on the southern end of the district. Somewhere near or south of NIMC.

When do they expect the new station to be complete? Where will it be located at?
They have purchased several new engines over the past few years, will one of the engines from station 4 go to the new station?
