  Yeah it was really hard to get some nice photos in there because I haven’t been able to purchase a wider angle lense for my camera yet

  Tim- they had some Freightliners, IHCs…but they also had a couple Seagrave J-cabs and a Grumman Aerialcat…Mike probably could provide more info though, I am just going off of Illinoisfiretrucks.com

  As a former resident of Bolingbrook, I am glad to see they have been going back to name brand and custom chassis. Their chiefs in the mid 90’s to mid 2000’s were about as bad as they come as far as how they treated their people and the rigs they bought. Off brand rigs on commercial chassis did not serve them well. Glad to see they are moving forward again!

  It’s only the front end. I’ve learned over the decades that it’s not always possible to capture the classic pump panel shot. So you have to often take what you can.
