Toyne and Marion are great builders. Marion actually did or still does build cabs for spartan. Part of the good builds is having a good spec and making sure the builder follows them.

Not that I am aware of. I was applauding their choice of a smaller custom builder instead of getting swept up in the herd mentality that leads to so many Pierce, KME, Ferrara purchases. I like the variety of Alexis, Spencer, Toyne, Marion etc. that are a break from the big boys. It was in no way a slight.

I love the low hose bed and ladder access and the enclosed hard suction storage. Glad they were brave enough to go out and try a Toyne.

This Engine is now renumbered to Engine 945 and is cross staffed with Ambulance 955 at the new station 5
