That’s a new Med unit for the North Shore Fire Department. They provide ambulance and fire service for the Milwaukee suburbs of Shorewood, Whitefish Bay, Glendale, Bayside, Fox Point, River Hills and Brown Deer. They also do mutual aid calls into Milwaukee as well.

It is sort of. GM inspired cab/interior, Duramax 6.6-liter engine, Allison transmission, built by Navistar at the Springfield Ohio plant. The Silverado 4500/5500/6500 HD series and the CV are very much identical except for the grille design and other badging. There is no actual GMC version. Doesn’t sound as though there will be either.

Interesting international. Don’t think I’ve seen one like that yet. I thought it was a Chevy or gmc first
