Builders like SUTPHEN and SEAGRAVE benefit from PIERCE’s mistakes and failure to appease longtime customers.
Brand loyalty does no good when you get jerked around. That holds true with any product not just fire apparatus.

Localguy – In the past, they thought they were getting the best based on Pierce’s amazing marketing tactics They eventually realized they were overpriced and out of service all to often with high maintenance costs.
