1997 Ford Econoline E350 MOTORIZED CUTAWAY, 7.3L V8 OHV 16V TURBO DIESEL.
This is a Type III vehicle that was used as an Ambulance for it’s entire Fire Department Life Span.
Front end of the vehicle has been rebuilt (due to an accident back in summer of 2013).

Just a gentle correction in that NAVISTAR supplied the diesel engine back then until they decided that quality wasn’t important. Then in the early ’10’s, FORD started building their own diesel engines that from what I can gather are pretty good. But for some reason, they never engineered it to fit in the E SERIES.

it will be sad to see that one go the 7.3 diesel was the best ford diesel that was ever made
