Firemen carry John Hendricks of Engine Company No. 11 out of Riccardo’s restaurant after he was overcome by gas and smoke on Nov. 29, 1940. A second fireman was also overcome in the blaze at the Rush Street cafe. #ChicagoFire #CFD #Riccardos #Ricks
