This from Jeff Braun, Jr.;
Here are some photos from the 4th of July Parade in Darien (held on Cass Avenue and 75th Street). The following vehicles were at the parade: Lisle Woodridge Engine 52, Darien Woodridge Medic 89 and Ladder 89, and Tri-State Engine 511, Tower Ladder 529, and Battalion 121. Thanks. -Jeff Braun Jr. (COUNTY-WIDE FIRE PHOTOGRAPHY)

I believe that, if they did switch to DuComm, they’d be on South or East

ACDC already does fire dispatching for Addison, Itasca, Wooddale, Tri-State, Pleasantview and Westmont. I also thought I read that Bensenville was headed to ACDC.

Which numbers will Tri-State have? I am guessing 121, 122,123 and 124? Which frequency will they be on, DuComm fire south? I thought Tri-State is now dispatched by Pleasantview 911? Also I heard that ACDC is in the process of setting up to dispatch for Fire Departments as well. I am guessing they may take some departments away from DuComm?

Thank you very much. Yes it appears that they are beginning the change over to Ducomm numbering, it’s only a matter of time before the rest of their rigs are remembered.

Nice pics Jeff! Does this mean Tri-State is now switching over to the Ducomm numbering system as shown by the buggy?
