I was just at Fire Service Inc for their 25th anniversary on Friday and saw some new area apparatus being prepped for delivery. Unfortunately I didn’t get any pics. Locally was Homer FPD’s new Engine 32, a Typhoon stainless custom rescue pumper. Their current Engine 32, I believe a 2014 Typhoon, will probably be moved to their Station 33. University Park has a demo 2016 Typhoon rescue pumper that was just repainted with a black roof by FSI and is getting a red steel bumper fabricated by FSI. And finally Highland, IN has a white/red Typhoon heavy rescue as Rescue 1.
