I found this today (Sunday, May 17th) sitting behind the Crestwood Fire Station. This looks like a CFD Support Unit, unknown year.  Thank you,

  CFD Special Ops 5-6-4 is at least a 2011 ( most likely a 2010) Ford, as it was photographed during the June 2011 5-11club/Fire Buffs of IL Muster and Swap Meet which was held at the Quinn Fire academy.     Probably 2011 Ford chassis. As Harry stated the 2008-2010 F series had a different front design.

  it is a 2013 ford danny as stated below the 2010 ford had a differant front end

  its a 2010 ford … and its a special ops vehicle not endangering the citizen of chicago outside city limits. its used to take the ATVs to special events

  Perhaps an equipment exchange from some previous incident/event, intra department meeting or training session. Or some deep dark black helicopter secret summit.

  Why is a Chicago vehicle parked in the back of Crestwood Fire Station. As a tax payer in Chicago I would expect that vehicle to be in Chicago ready to respond if needed.

    Well it’s a ford, it broke down behind the Crestwood station.
