This from Martin Nowak:
I saw Bedford Park Engine 711 on the back of a truck heading northbound 355 at Archer Ave. The truck continued over I-55. I’m assuming it’s heading to Pierce.

This from Chi-town Fire Photos:
Had the opportunity to take pictures of the Bedford Park Fire Department apparatus. Here are the updated station assignments including their new mini pumper/squad. I was told the new squad will be staffed with personnel on shift when manning is at their maximum. It will not be a jump company with any fire apparatus, but will be chasing medical calls and all fire runs.

For those fans of rigs, here are eight that were in staging at the Roberts Park 4-11 and a Bedford Park engine working that I forgot to add to the first post.

This from Josh Boyajian:
This afternoon (Thursday, 10-6-16), Bedford Park FD arrived @ 6650 s Oak Park Ave to find smoke showing from a 2-sty commercial building. First engines lead out lines, while Tower 709 and Truck 31 threw their mains to the roof. Companies encountered heavy smoke inside the building which housed a recycling center. Multiple handlines were used to extinguish the fire. Mabas 10 MVU was utilized at the end of the incident to clear the smoke out of the building.Joshua Boyajian
