This is their spare truck they are selling. They are ordering a new straight stick probably by the end of the year. the current 2006 Pierce Lance will then become a spare. They wanted to get rid of this truck because it doesn’t have a pump or water tank on it.

Do they have back up truck? I thought truck 7 back fill in for big events.

Yes, this is their reserve truck. Orland runs with 2 frontline trucks, which are both quints. Truck 1 is a 2008 Pierce Lance 100′ RM tower ladder & Truck 6 is a 2006 Pierce Lance 105′ RM stick. Haven’t heard anything about them ordering a new one.

I believe this was their reserve truck, their frontline truck I believe is their Pierce Tower.
