This probably was answered but are they keeping the other ladder? I could see keeping the other ladder and having this set up as an engine / squad with the snorkel for TRT purposes along with fireground ops. I’m not sure how they’re gonna set up the hose layouts on this but I guess we will find out.

This is one rig I can’t seem to figure out why Romeoville would buy. Limited reach and functionality. The quality and reliability with the Chicago rigs have been awful so if this rig performs anything like the Chicago rigs, Romeoville will be unhappy too! I’m sure when the next administration comes in they’ll probably say this purchase was a horrible decision and get rid of it.
