Lockport FPD BOT meeting minutes from January 25th, 2023. Seems they opened bidding for a new ARFF vehicle, have settled with Seagrave regarding the tower ladder, and are surplussing a 2014 ambulance.
thanks Daniel

I hope lockport can look pass these. Hopefully buy more seagrave rigs. Seagrave is a very well built rig. But all truck manufacturers have problems some whose then others.

Hopefully whatever was wrong Seagrave was able to figure it out with the rig at their factory.
With the amount of money Lockport spent on the new tower, they deserve a vehicle that is safe and functional.
I wonder why there were issues with this rig? Is anyone aware of any issues with either one of their Seagrave engines? I know they have a 2020 and a 2021 engine.
