I’ve attached a couple photos of a mini-pumper I found at 87th and Western in Evergreen Park. It’s a Pierce on a Ford Ranger chassis. I don’t anything else about it. It does look like someone refurbished the bench seat inside with a “CFD” scramble and it has a sticker on the dash that says “Engine 1 for radio communication. The officer’s side of the pump panel looks like it used to say “JRV.”

Its parked in front of the just opened Buddy Bear Car Wash, at 87/Kedzie. Judging by whats on that rigs door, Buddy Bear must have bought it and is using it for advertisement.

That’s the NW corner of 87th and Kedzie on the Chicago side. The old Ultra Foods is behind it (green facade).
