What is to become of 2662? Does anyone know? Will it be sold or donated to another department? Or is going to sold to one of those used apparatus dealers? Are there any known issues with the vehicle?

This will be AMB. 2602 and the old Amb. 2602 will become 2612.

CMK420, didn’t know they were ALS. I was on Dixmoor in the 80’s, when Div. 22 went with that system.

Davey–Merrionette Park is an ALS department now. They have been for several months now. The current front-line ambulance is 2602, which is also a former Lombard ambulance. I work at another department within Div. 22, so I am familiar with the numbering system.

Cmk420, it might be 2662 or 2672. Division 22 numbering system assigns 02 through 42 as ALS ambulances and 52 through 92 as BLS ambulances. The 26 series designates Merrionette Park.
