I am guessing they sold the tower ladder? Are they going to replace the tower?

Rich they do. My question was asked to see if it will get replaced. I seen it as recent as last week driving past walmart in crestwood.

Do they still have the HME engine that’s 2943 and the Pierce that’s 2913?

This engine is now 2933 and this did replace the tower ladder which has been sold to Kingsville, Ontario, Canada.
The E-One Dixmoor engine you saw was on loan to Robbins because they had no apparatus to use during that time. It has since been returned back to Harvey who got it after Dixmoor shut down.

About a week ago, I saw an engine with a big “33” on the door, similar to the old Dixmoor 2433, backing into the station, and the station looked empty. Maybe there are some changes in Robbins, but we need someone affiliated with RFD to give details.
