The local was lied to about this. They were told during this time that if they took over the ambulance the village would over the next few years work to add staffing so they can maintain what they had. The contract at that time called for 10 on duty per day and that didn’t include ambulances because they were privates at that time. So when psi left the city pulled a fast one and said the language is what the language is. Over that time station 3 was closed and staffing was drastically reduced to what they are at today.

How is it retaliation when the local and village agreed to this staffing?

This is another department that has gone down the tubs with staffing. They used to staff 3 Engine a truck and 2 ambulances. And now it looks like it’s gonna be 1 Engine, 1 quint and 2 ambulances. This to me is still retaliation from them running PSI out of town.

Appears to becoming a nice looking quint, but what’s with “E1” on the grill? Thought it is a Truck Company?
